Summer brings to mind ideas of lightness and floral undertones, possibly mixed with citrus or berry. I can’t handle berry scents, reminds me too much of middle school chapstick that you ruin drawing pictures on desks, so I steal my brother’s shower gel instead.

For a slight spin on summer scents, in the shower use the (generally male oriented) Molten Brown Black Pepper Gel on the body core and then, after the shower, apply Van Cleef & Arpels Gardenia to pulse points (wrists, lower neck). It’s the perfect (light) blend of musk and floral to add a deeper spin to summer scents.
